13/6/21 ** Hi Vicki. Have had a great inspection over the weekend at Irene Bedoe's property at 132 Victoria Street Howlong NSW 2643. I have negotiated a sale at 315,000. Subject to pest, building and finance. We are also aiming for a quick settlement. I will send instructions off to both solicitors on Tuesday and keep you informed of any progress.
