20/10/2021 - Glenn: After many attempts, turning up when he suggested a time to meet me and not turning up have finally been able to get hold of Bingh and he has a friend in realestate so unfortunately not a successful lead. He has not listed the property yet so I don’t know what the story was with this one!
5/10/2021- UD to Glenn: yes have followed them up numerous times and owner/landlord seems to be always busy. Have just cone back from holidays and trying him tonight out of hours.

21/05/2021 - Glenn: sent you an email advising Binh is wanting to chat late July as August he is having tenant moving then. I have contacted and passed my details on to Binh by text also so he has my details. Advise me if any change here and act on it as he was concerned that the tenants are getting annoyed due to him bringing agents around. Glenn Nelson 0400133695
20/05/2021 - Glen: Just to let you know I have made contact with Binh late today and he is apprehensive to get through and appraise this stage whilst tenants there as not the best presentation. So we have circled a time late July to chat and will pick this up and secure a time August to work together.
