Peter - I spoke with Ingela yesterday and she said that if they do decide to sell then they've chosen Leanne O'Leary from Edison McGrath who was a persoanl recommendation from someone they know.
Peter = Have made contact with Ingela. She is looking to sell in the new financial year. Is looking for an appraisal and basic costs such as selling fee and marketing now. Property is tenanted and access is not possible so will do driveby appraisal. She said that the property was land value. It's a duplex site and would be attractive to many developers.
