25/05/2021 - Michael: I had a chat with Gavin over the phone and he was more just curious about pricing. He was hoping for close to $500,000 and I told him and sent a email with a CMA and valuation report that the property is worth approximately $400,000.
25/05/2021 - Sarah: Spoke to Gavin. We are running a desktop appraisal initially as he has family living in the property at the moment who are going through a big medical issue.
