21/9/21 SPOKE TO DOUG NOT SELLING THIS YEAR WILL WAIT UNITL THIS COVID IS OVER DOES NOT WANT TO MOVE TO ANOTHER COVID BUBBLE AS HE WANTS TO EVENTUALLY MOVE TO GEELONG. *****
16/9 Trent: Doug Tozer notified him he is not selling now prob next year too overwhelming at moment with what he wants to do.

29/7 DOUG: He is still moving to plan will prob list within the next 6 - 8 weeks just tweeking some things around the house painting and will prob meet one more local agent
