22/6/21 Thomas Parker: No I haven’t gone out yet, it’s a long drive for a little block that is overpriced, I see one listed by Blacks Real Estate the other day that I thought was this block.

Hi Vicki, I have looked up my "Annual Land Evaluation Notices" for 157 Howlands Road, Ilbilbie, 4738; Property ID: 5222546; Isaac Regional Council; RPD L2 RP899728 to state that "Unimproved Evaluation" Date of effect 30th June 2021- $120,000; the only other one I can find so far is "date of effect" 30th June 2016; New Unimproved Valuation $160,000.
