17/06/2021 - Paulette: I spoke to Jeanne, she was going to arrange access for me to inspect the property but i did not hear back. I tried to call her but no response at this stage
9/06/2021 - Terri: Jeanne was interviewing several agents on Tuesday morning with is our caravan day. I offered alternative times and dates but she lives in Paddington and didn’t want to come out this way twice. I did send her a report and asked if a tenant could let me in another day. I have tried to call since but phone was unanswered.
