23/07/2021 - Craig: Confirmed has listed 2 of the properties
20/07/2021 - Craig: Karina has decided to sell 5 St Pauls Crt Mt Louisa and 12 Sandstone Dr Kirwan. The tenants have been issued 60 days notice to vacate so we are looking at going to market when they are empty.
30/06/2021 - Craig: It has been a struggle as the tenants are proving to be difficult.
I have done one appraisal, seen another house, and waiting until Thursday to view another. But that may go on hold again because of our 3-day lockdown. I know Karina is waiting so I will get them all done as soon as I can.
