8/6 Scott on leave for a month Belynda accepted and will do the ground work.
11/6 Kane really pleased thinks in the long run he will get it but will take time as the clients will subdivide into three lots, two houses and land to maximise their profit but will keep in touch with me and keep me in the loop.
11/6/21 *** But so far Kane presents with the best strategic knowledge to maximise profit. It is the way he thinks - he is a natural learner and has accumulated a diversity of knowledge which is valuable in this industry. Kane is also willing to do background research to gather information to present proposals to us in three weeks time (without the promise of agency). So this willingness to go the extra mile means a lot. As a researcher myself, dedicating years of research for no economic gain but for the betterment of quality of living in old age, I highly value this approach.
