Andrew Dalton: Spoke with vendor Rhiane today and gave her an opinion on price. She is still working on providing access for an inspection through the tenants. Assess the price between $1.35 and $1.4 m. Maybe higher depending on levels of interest. Awaiting reply from Rhiane.
