10/6/21 **Currently listed online with OBRIENS over the 1202 day contract, Bruno needs to meet with them so they can take it down, he will then give Chris Kavadis a go for 30 days as Chris says he has a developer who may be interested, if Chris doesn't sell he will then be in touch to intro Grant Perry. vf
Bruno - existing with Dean Phillips knows him wants a report on Chris Kavadis RT Edgar and Nicholas Lynch thinking of signing a 30 day with Chris Kavadis because he knows a developer that may want to buy it if it does not work out he will want to speak to Grant Perry. Had it with OBriens for first half of the year.
