15/06/2021 - David/vendor : All good thanks Natalie, I'm sticking with Fran Satherley from Peard. Thanks anyway, I love the service you provide and said so to David from Acton. 
13/06/2021 - David/vendor : David Parlor from Acton Rockingham was pleasant to deal with however his open negotiations approach to selling is very expensive and outweighs any advantages to use him. All potential profits are spent by the seller on promoting David to list more properties. Until WA adopts the eastern states norm of Auctions I do not see any advantage to using him. David Dennett from Harcourts Rockingham did not turn up to his appointment or call to reschedule therefore wasting a 4 hour round trip of driving for me to attend the property. Needless to say I wouldn't touch him with a ten foot pole.
