Vendor was in talks with other agents, did not send through info to any of ours that they required, had to be settled according to off the plan with developer, property has been leased
13/04/2022 - Chris: this is no longer active. MOVED to ACCEPTED NOT PROGRESSING
9/3 update from Chris - i dont have any further updates. i think this may have been leased out. i dont regard this anymore as a lead. sorry
9/02/2022 - Chris: he has not responded to my last email. it looks like he has the property up for lease with another agent
13/11/2021 - Chris: Tony yin replied and i have asked him a few questions about whether he has already trued to sell, and if he needs consent from the developer. he needs to check with his solicitor.27/10/2021 - UD txt to Ray ONLY
15/09/2021 -Chris: We exchanged emails a number of times. Then he stopped responding. I think he confused me during one email with another agent that he appeared to be engaging at a higher level as well. Another agent i spoke to seemed to think there could be some rules or hurdles with consent to on-selling there. As Mr Yin has ceased responding to my emails, i have not followed up again it felt as though he has selected someone else, but i will send him a follow up after this to see if i get a response.
