13/11/2021 - Chris: Tony yin replied and i have asked him a few questions about whether he has already trued to sell, and if he needs consent from the developer. he needs to check with his solicitor.

15/09/2021 -Chris: We exchanged emails a number of times. Then he stopped responding. I think he confused me during one email with another agent that he appeared to be engaging at a higher level as well. Another agent i spoke to seemed to think there could be some rules or hurdles with consent to on-selling there. As Mr Yin has ceased responding to my emails, i have not followed up again it felt as though he has selected someone else, but i will send him a follow up after this to see if i get a response.
