24/06 Sue called to let me know that she contacted the vendor and she was happy for her to go and meet with ther next week until agent made mention that she would need to see documentation to prove that she had POA to proceed to sell. Vendor became short and said that she would go with another agent.
23/06 Susan has found out that Leena is not the registered owner as may not be able to proceed
23/06 spoke with Susan who is looking at comparative properties for eg.

23/06 Spoke with Vendor who did not feel that Susan was prepared for the role, she had someone else that was more on the mark for her. Did not wish to speak to much about it.
21/06 Susan called in to up date. Property needs to be marketed at mainland buyers who will pay over 1.75 mil. Owner has ideas of almost 2 mil. Susan is going to nurture Leena and be 100% transparent and offer her an offers above campaign. Susan is having another meeting with Vendor next week to discuss options and pricing.
17/06 Susan has appointment on Monday/ Vendor may or may not sell.
16/06 Spoke to Karl Galliene from Harcourts and there is no way they will take referrals from us or anyone else, due to a previous bad experience.
*Spoke with Vendor who does not wish to speak to Nyal from EIS who they purchased the property from and also she has made contact herself with Amber Leighton from Homelands. Vendor has had contact from Susan Kay
15/06 Susan Kay called in and accepted, Spoke with Thomas who asked me to contact Karl from Harcourts and I have done so and now waiting for the ok to send him the referral.
15/06 have sent email for Agent 2 so as to not keep the Vendor waiting, will send other agent when I hear from them.
