18/6 Eliot: Spoke with Mic about Method of sale, commission at 2.75% and marketing $1,400 he seems happy with this so far and really wants me to keep the best interests of the tenants should we go forward with the sale. I provided an appraisal at $1.1 to $1.2M
17/6 George Andrews: Hello Vicki, I've sent 2 emails to Mic, the second informing him that I will drive past the property tomorrow discreetly with the aim of providing a price indication. Always difficult without a proper viewing but will have to be enough for now, thank you
16/6 Matt Powe: Hi Vicki The property is a bit too far from our office for us service in an affective manner. I wish to decline the lead on the grounds that we cannot offer service to a satisfactory level.
