George: Not ready to sell
30/06/2021 - George: his vendor is not ready to have me inspect, just wanted to know what properties sold for in the area, to which I obliged and gave her a run down over the phone.
21/06/2021 - Gavin: Thank you for the opportunity and the referral of the above property. I made contact with Ms Devi and she is not ready to sell until the end of the year. She had some thought to a possible subdivision into 2 lots. I have suggested that she make inquiries and further investigation with Council to see if a torrens title subdivision is permissible prior to marketing. With her permission I can make inquiries with Georges River Council. If the subdivision is not allowed we can better determine a market value. The property has a high rental potential for an investor or would appeal to a family who want in law accommodation. I will keep you posted if anything further develops
