This client is not selling it turns out he only wanted an appraisal for his bank so he can proceed his development of the land
17/06 Kris has an appointment next Friday 25th June. He has all the required resources to offer the client for the sale of the property and preparation.
**Matt has made contact: Vendor only needs a valuation for the bank so he can look at getting finance for the DA approval he has.
