- Thanks for your email, our financial situation combined with the increase in interest rates really doesn’t lend us to sell and upgrade at this point in time. If things change we’ll be in touch, if for now, we don’t need any assistance.

renee - We met with Haxhi from McGrath on Tuesday and with the amount he thinks we would get for the house, we have decided to keep it and use the equity to purchase something else. So thank you for your help, but we have decided not to sell at this time.
