Client lives in Islamabad and is considering selling his Sydney home as he does not know when he will be able to visit it again. This is a 2 bed Semi with off street parking, kitchen, lounge, dining and a lovely sunroom with a nice back yard. He is in the early stages and wants advice as to what he should do and value etc. Islamabad is 5 hours behind us so 5pm Sydney is 12 midday there.
