10/3/22  Under contract! $425,000 with 60 day settlement and 14 day STF and building inspection. 

8/02/2022 - sent SP email - May
Had a decent buyer on it, but owners tried to get creative with the settlement and the buyer found something else in the meantime.
Had 4 groups there on the weekend so things still happening.- Shawn

Isaac said our fees were too high so it was unlikely he was using us. I asked if all his quotes came through your company but he didn't answer. We can only do so much on a property or this value when dropping fees.
I told him we could be competitive but he hasn't given any feedback.

21/7 spoke to client he is looking for the cheapest quote he thinks my agents did not provide this. Karen was the worst. Shawn cheapest but he has found cheaper.
