24/06/2021 - FYI: I was referred to Wilma last Nov. via OpenAgent. I called back then and she wasn’t ready to sell. I texted her my details.
I just called Wilma. She didn’t want to make a time to meet me at this stage. Wanted to know who I was and which company and if I sold anything in the area. I said I had an auction this weekend around the corner. Wilma may go to this. I have resent her (again) my contact details. I am not overly confident with this lead. I did all possible to get in the door – she doesn’t sound right to me…… ????
