11/5/22 Steve; The vendor is still not selling as he was only selling to buy another house that ended up pulling off the market and keeping it. It is a long database contact now Yes it’s a pity the one they wanted to buy pulled off the market

13/7/21 ** Steve has spoken to the owner he says good chance that he can get it, worth around $5mill, and the time frame depends on the owner finding a property to buy he is a developer, wants to buy a new site and money in the bank does not do anything for him so once he finds a site will sell. Will either sell now or in a few months. vf
