6/8 CAMERON : I have a feeling they are going to go with Belle who sold them the property. The other agent they mentioned was Elders.
NATHAN - SOUNDS PROMISING- 8 july
CAMERON - I did speak to Jon the day you called me. After chatting with him for about 20-30 minutes we established that he is not really ready to sell until late August-September as he is moving back to WA and would need to up root his kids from school.
I did drop off a CMA for him to have a read through so as he can get an indication of what the current market is doing around his home.
We agreed that this would be the best course of action at this point in time.
