Thanks for your text, I tried to call you back on your number but was not reachable.
I have spoken with Jason yesterday, he is not selling at this stage. He just wanted to have a discussion about units market in Brisbane.
I didn’t inspect the unit for appraisal too.
We agreed to stay in touch in case he changed his mind and decided to sell in the future.

JASON/VENDOR - Sameer was really good, we had a long conversation and he will stay in touch. He gave me a realistic assessment of what i can expect to sell this unit for, it is still less than what i purchased it for but the nature of the current market in brisbane for high end apartments. There is a similar one in my block currently for sale, i that gets an appropriate price I will be in touch with him. We're also waiting for the olympics to be determined, if Brisbane is awarded my unit value will increase.Thankfully I am not in a financial situation which requires an urgent sale.
BRUCE - I successfully contacted the client and had a discussion. From the conversation I believe he is not going to the market at this stage.
