5/8/21 I had a long discussion with Ankur who will be subdividing the property - this is a slow burn.
27/7 Spoke to Ankur, he received advise from agents, he will put plans in to subdivide the property in two and eventually sell of the resi land, a while away needs to get surveyed and then plans in to council etc.
