Thank you so much for the lead – I’ve spoken to him finally and he wants 570k although his unit is worth 500k. I had kindly advised him its not something we can help with as the unit market is terrible in Guildford, especially the ones that purchased off plan in 2015-2017 (market peak) and are reselling. He said he will think on it and let us know , He wont get anywhere close to what he wants unfortunately.I will keep you posted if he lists with us at a reasonable price guide.
