CHRIS - SEPT 21 - Followed up this week but we are still in the same position of wait until the sister to give us access.
CHRIS - Have contacted Rebecca, she has her sister living in the home and the sister has not give access yet due to night work. Sister has also had her husband go into hospital recently so the lovely person Rebecca is; she wanted to ensure his health before selling the property. I would say this in now a warm lead but I will continue to stay in touch
Chris - Hi Natalie, Thank you for the lead. I spoke to Rebecca this morning, she is still getting the property ready to market. After asking her what the end goal was for the sale I advised it would be better to sell sooner rather then later. She is going to gain access to home (as her sister is living there atm) for me to inspect. She has realistic price expectations :) I will keep you upto date on how I go with the listing. Cheers Chris
