18/08/2021 - Mick via AD email reply: Not seem to be proceeding at this stage12/07/2021 - Jenni: After 3 phone calls and 2 emails I have finally connected with Martin. As the property is currently tenanted I can only provide a kerbside appraisal.
I will keep you posted as to further progress.
