13/07/2023 - Jenni: Have been in touch with Martin, he is thinking of selling this spring or may keep tenants depending on how the market is.

18/08/2021 - Mick via AD email reply: Not seem to be proceeding at this stage
12/07/2021 - Jenni: After 3 phone calls and 2 emails I have finally connected with Martin. As the property is currently tenanted I can only provide a kerbside appraisal.
I will keep you posted as to further progress.
