JADE NOTED SOLD PRVATEDY -

21/7/21 Jade: Appraised last week, plan to follow up with Michelle this week. She did receive some incorrect information from other agents in respect to needing to disclose that the death was in the home and I have advised her that if the death was either murder or suicide this information would additionally need to be disclosed. She did not like that I advised it would be a requirement to disclose this information whereby other agents had not mentioned this to her. I follow full disclosure laws in WA I’m not sure the other agents will do so, I understand it’s a very difficult time, and not comfortable things to deal with so I will just make the one follow up call to her this week and then leave her to her decision process.
