13/10 STill stuck in Syd16/9/21 Mick Brace: Chris spoke to Vicki again, they are still trapped in Sydney due to travel restrictions and haven't been able to come up to the Gold Coast to look at the property and start renovations
15/7/21: Mick Brace: Chris Laws spoke with Leanne, she is just wanting a rough price guide for the moment. The property is currently tenanted and they are looking to do some minor renovations before going to the market and after the lease expires. Will keep in touch.
9/7- Ben Williams sent client an appraisal based on RP data and he knows the area well there, $500k First home buyer unrenovated and $650k First home buyer renovated, client called him very rude and said he undervalued it, he noted did not go in the property.
