26/11 TEXT SENT TO A2 IF ANY UPDATE FROM OWNERS BROTHER WHO IS IN QLD AND ASSISTING THE OWNER.
17/9/21 Spoke to Catherine - she's not well was in a hurry to end the call said not selling now.
Jade will call the brother as she has his number from last time and let me know

Nadine: I have not heard from this perspective seller. I believe she was returning to Cairns this month to prepare for sale
28/8 AS2 Emails to agents AS to vendor see response

12/7 Both agents meeting with brother today
10/7 Jade: Spoke to Catherine this morning, meeting up with brother early week and then sending her appraisal and fees. Told her that street is very sought after and I have a buyer that has been waiting for a house in the street but of course I would recommend advertising to make sure she is better best price. I can also just advertise on database and domain free to save her money.
