An appraisal was done and provided to Jess on the 20 July 2021. Jess was going to contact me when they wanted to move forward. Access is an issue with this property as it is land locked without formed legal access.

Marc Minor is doing research and according to price finder and rp data it shows that 9/11/18 property was sold from Buckland to Brown 40.47 hectares wants me to look into it.
