Sales Progress Last Checked - 4/11 Off Market8/11 Hi Vicki, thanks for the email. We are introducing buyers off the back of 26/38 Chapman Street North Melbourne.
I had a chat with Joe today and will be sending him details for moving forward online and issuing a notice to vacate to tenants.
The lease finishes end of January.
