After an initial discussion with both of them,I have provided
i)one of the with the real estate agent reports and floor plans,while
ii)another has had an opportunity to visit the house--the tenants agreed to that without any formal protocol.
Have not heard from either of them since then.It is rather strange,because the first and second day were full of an intense communication,regarding their abilities to sell houses.
I am not sure whether it is due to usual practices or because of the lockdown.
I have restarted,for now, communication with my default agent--the agency that manages my property.
