17/9 - Abby: Have been in touch since appraisal, she is still unsure of her next moves with these lockdowns, will stay in touch, rang and left a message tonight!

Patricia: Spoke to her she said she got two different appraisals. Abbey was higher in price, was bubbly, Monique was good too she followed up but older and her appraisal was more conservative she may need a third not sure what she is going to do with the house but will be making the move to Phillip island by end of September
