10/09/2021 - Maddie: VM re update on OA & referral; fees + sent text
26/08/2021 - Spoke with Maddie - confirmed sold and tenants evicted for other property - waiting on OA
29/07/2021 - See note from Maddie's call - OA + LAF both claiming this also. She never opened their emails, and was dealing only with me.
requested copy of referral as OA and LAF have both laid claim to referral and sent through invoices. Maddie said she didn't even open them and was dealing only with me. I got her in the door and progress to sale
13/08/2021 - Maddie: FU - still in talks with OA - wants to pay us as we wre involved in sale, says that if OA doesn't back off she still wants to pay us 50%
14/07/2021 -0 TENANTS WILL NOT MOVE - THEY HAVE A COURT ORDER - "SQUATTERS RIGHTS"
