3/10/2021 - Vendor: Jimmy at caloundra City real estate was the best. Went out of his way to get the best price. The only one to recommend in caloundra.aura real estate are the worst just awful.

18/07/2021 - Louis: Mark we met with Glenda on Thursday afternoon but after leaving her a couple of messages she has never called me back.
Janice: We appraised Glenda's home Friday morning. Unfortunately we were unsuccessful to secure this listing, which really surprised us after we spent almost 2 hours with her. She told us she was interviewing 3 agents and one told her he guaranteed price. Shame we could have sold it 10 times over with Buyers from our database as we just sold one a few streets away for $650,000 which was not as nice as hers.. and we told her and that was her ideal price.
15/07/2021 - Janice: Did appraisal today - she’s meeting two other agents but we will call her tomorrow and see where she’s at. Keep you posted
