Debbie: I went there twice and also contacted him at the beginning of January. Then he said he had a couple of agents coming back from other areas he indicated he didn't want to go local. I asked for feedback as to what I could of done differently and he said nothing he thought I presented really well. (Funny guy) because it's still not up for sale and he said he was ready to go at the beginning of the year. Like extracting blood out of a stone. Also since I first went there and appraised it the market has jumped higher and didn't get the opportunity to re appraise. So I am not sure Mark I tried. Sorry I didn't let you know before now been really busy.

28/10/2021 - UD to agentsDebbie: Just letting you know that I spoke with Nick today and he is closer to coming to the market in another 2 weeks he is going to get 3 lots of agents back and get down to the nitty gritties and then make a decision to list in December and have it ready at the beginning of January to put it on the internet. I will keep you posted.
Debbie: No not as yet, I have been keeping in touch with him and am due to call again so I will let you know

3/08/2021 - Debbie: Just letting you know that I have seen Nick twice and presented the Auction idea to him and he completely gets it. He thought it would be the type of property that needed Auctioning. He is aiming for October if all goes to plan. He is happy for me to keep him updated and stay in touch. I will keep you posted.
22/07/2021 - Debbie: Confirmed appraisal for next Monday
20/07/2021 - Tarin: I met the owner today and discussed the necessary renovations for sale. Not ready to list.

Tarin: I am meeting him tomorrow and he’s meeting a number of agents.
