23/8 I followed Rick up a few times but it appears he got me to set a price on the block then sold it privately I had sent him listing agreements but they were never signed and returned so looks like we both miss out.
26/7 RoB: $530,000 so we could list yours say on a price range $480,000 to $520,000 and see how the interest is.
20/7/21 I spoke to Rick and his wife yesterday and made arrangements to do an appraisal I do know the property so it was good I could chat about it. - Rob
