24/1 This lady is not selling at this time due to covid. Aleta 19/5 Due to covid Cheryl advised that she wouldn't be selling anytime soon.
13/8 Aleta: Cheryl has not finished doing the works to enable her to sell it and she is not sure if she is just going to sell herself or rent it out.
