28/7/21 ** I spoke with Roger a couple of days and he advised that he has decided to go with Ray White Green Valley. They quoted 1.8% and initially he indicated he’d prefer my agency. I sent my proposal and confirmed I’d match the fee and also confirmed marketing and costs. I followed up after a couple of days and was advised ray white would include marketing and he’d be going with them. I wouldn’t be prepared to take on the property on that basis in any case. Please do not send me any more referrals i appreciate the offer but please do not send me any more referrals if Ray White Green Valley is the other agent as they quote ridiculously low fees just to get the job.
