27/08/2021 - AS email to A1 for response see reply A2 said not selling now but to keep in touch may change due to strata issues.
11/08/2021 - Jose Morales : I spoke with Tanya today. They have had a change of heart. And have now decided to keep the unit for the foreseeable future. I would ask that you keep her in your data base file as the possibility of them selling is high if the current building dispute is prolonged. Once again, thank you for your support and should there be another listing you like me to follow up, let me know. Do please contact her for feedback in regards to my service that was provided.
04/08/2021 - Jose changed companies but is dealing with Tanya her husband works in the mines, hard to get and he calls the shots waiting to see what he wants, this unit has been depressed in value and the body corp strata levies is high due to some legal issues but if price is right he can sell.
22/07/2021 - Jose Morales : I have spoken with Tanya. Her husband works in the mines. She needs to discuss with him first. Her husband expected back middle of next week. Arrange to call her Friday week.
