23/7 CLIENT: said she may go with the village did not sound too keen with my call. Spoke with both did not know if they will provide her with appraisals.
21/7/21 **Julian: Spoken to has to discuss it with her sister who is in QLD, as there is exit fees for getting out of the lifestyle community and whether paying an agent on top of those fees is in their best interests
