He is not wishing to sell unless he can secure his 350,000 which is what is owing on the property. He bought a flood effected area property which has had water on the property since he purchased it.
The highest sale in that area for the last four years was my own at 25 Bayden and Jones way North Booval not too far from him that was a DHA Home new carpet new paint and fully staged we secured a 380,000. Overnight we’ve had a mass shooting and gang war in the Baden Jones way in that regard we are servicing our mutual client with a desktop only he does not want to upset the tenants and risk having nobody to pay the bills.

22/07/2021 - Fiona for Steve A: I have spoken with Michael and he has advised it is an investment property. He's told me who the property manager is, so I'm in the process of getting tenant details to arrange the inspection. Steve will then get back to Michael with appraisal, fees & comm.
