6/11 Grant: Vendors were going to call but still haven’t heard back
6/10 Bill: All of the agents responded.
I was able to obtain two appraisals which was sufficient for probate purposes.
I am now in the process of seeking a transmission application for a bridging loan that is linked to the property. Once this is completed we'll move to placing the property on the market.
The Conveyancing Clerk from MW Law will be assisting in this process.

It's difficult for agents to do property visits at the moment but Adam visited the house today and the solicitor will lodge the grant of probate based on his feedback.
Once we're able I'll get the other agents to do appraisals and when possible we'll go to market.
