1/09/2021 - Joe: verbally given the go ahead, but awaiting probate to be granted.
4/08/2021 - Charles AP: I have spoken to Greg and sent him though the proposal for the apartment He said that is all that he needs at this time and will be in contact I am following up tomorrow again with him
Joe AP: have a good relationship with them thus far. we are awaiting an answer.
3/08/2021 - Greg: Yes all 3 contacted me promptly. I have received proposals from each on them and we are now in the selection process.
