Calvin: I've been to the property but never met the owner there (during lockdown). Haven't been able to get a hold of her since.
Tony: Robyn is a little difficult to get in touch with. The home is vacant. Of the conversations I have had I believe she will be selling at some stage however she hasn't given any indication of when. She hasn't responded to my last three attempts to contact her.
6/10/2021 - Anna: Contacted her many times after the appraisal and still waiting for the response.
20/08/2021 - Tony: I have appraised the property and sent a proposal however due to the lockdown I have only spoken with Robyn on the phone. Given the uncertainty of when the lockdown will end in Melbourne, Robyn isn’t in an immediate rush to do anything yet. I am scheduled to call her next week for a follow up. You are more than welcome to call her for an update if you like.
19/08/2021 - Calvin: haven't been able to go see Robyn as she lives in Cranbourne and we're in lockdown at the moment. I'll go see her after lockdown
