19/8/21 : I did in house appraisal just before the lockdown here for the 13 Windella Crescent, Glen Waverley, and called them during the lockdown, the owner said they will get back to me, but yet I have receive any calls. Jean Zeng I will try again to communicate with both vendor again and keep you posted.
Tony: We are still in touch with Kulwinder and his partner. The truth is I am not currently the preferred agent however, due to the lockdown I still have an opportunity to secure the listing. The reality is the owners are looking for a much higher than market value price, even taking into account the strong market we are in. Waiting for the lockdown to end in Melbourne before we can do anything here for the moment.
