Very early days, Helen is looking to sell for retirement. Property was investment, had students living there for years. Over the last couple of years her children have lived their and they're not in a hurry to move. One son, his partner and 2YO daughter live in the main house. Older son lives in the granny flat, Helen feels it's unlikely he'll allow anyone in to view the space, so she'll have to describe it as best she can.
Needs a lot of work. Currently has a property dispute with ex partner that's before the court, she expects it to be finalised around Christmas so will be looking to sell in the new year. She wants to spend this time fixing up what needs to be done, and is after advice on best ROI.
