27/10 Carolyn Drane: You wouldn't believe it, the solicitors did NOT account to us for commission, they "forgot" to put the invoice in. Lucky my seller is nice. She said she would transfer funds today. Will let you know when it's complete and send through breakdown.

Carolyn has assured her she will get more than what I’ve suggested price wise but I’m confident in what I’ve told her so she said no difference between the two of us but price.
So all good.
11/8 Sue Dewar: Appraised Yesterday. Went well and have placed a follow up call today but no response as yet.
